ZUMBA FIT is a simple dance class where we shake our hips to Latin rhythms, move to the music and get lots of training joy. 

A fast-paced fitness session where we dance to wonderful rhythms such as salsa, merengue, reggaeton, samba and bachata. The passport is adapted so that everyone can participate. In this class we do not build a choreography but we dance song by song.

You train fitness and coordination in a mix of Latin American dance forms and music mixed with simple choreographies to the latest hits. The choreography is easy to follow and fits perfectly with the song that flows from the speakers right then, after a song it's time to start with a new one - with a completely different choreography.

When you register, you first receive a receipt for registration directly on the screen and then an invoice via email.
You can also choose to pay to swish  direkt in connection with registration.

When the course is paid, the place is secured.

About 1 week before the course starts, you will receive a summons via email.
