Flamenco dance for young people .A wonderful group where during the autumn we will work with both choreography and various exercises. 

We introduce young people to the history of flamenco's movement expressions and get to taste rhythms, stomps, claps.

I then recommend staying at this level for at least 2 semesters. If you have some dance knowledge before, it may happen that you learn faster and can move up a level.

Upholstery:  Flamenco skirt, leotard top or some form of tight top and flamenco shoes. On real flamenco shoes, there are nails both at the toe and on the heel to get the best sound. But if you have just started dancing flamenco, it can work just as well to use a shoe without nails, as long as the heel is a little firm and the shoe sits firmly on the foot so it does not come loose when you stomp (Information about the shoes will come when we have received the notification.) Most often you see girls dancing with a wide skirt, either with ruffles or without. In the lessons, however, the most important thing is to have comfortable clothes to move around and sweat in.
